Terms Of Use

ALL ORDERS THAT ARE PLACED THROUGH VadBox ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. BY PLACING AN ORDER IT IS UNDERSTOOD THAT YOU HAVE READ, COMPREHENDED AND AGREED WITH THESE TERMS.
 

These TERM and CONDITIONS are an agreement between you (CUSTOMER, CLIENT) and  VadBox  (us). They should be read and understood.

Client acknowledges that by placing an order with  VadBox that they have read, acknowledged and fully understood ALL paragraphs of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

All orders are placed into the advertising rotation within 12-24 hours following the date ordered. (excludes orders placed on weekends, these orders will be filled on the next business day) Depending on the demand this time may be longer.

All traffic/hits will be delivered to the website address submitted with the order. Only 1 URL per plan/package purchased. In the event that there is an error with the submitted URL, the Client will not hold  VadBox  or it\'s Partner Sites responsible for the error. Any traffic delivered to a Client\\\'s site reflecting the above error, will not be credited or entitled to a refund.

In the event that the Client\'s site becomes unavailable for any reason (server is down or unavailable, timed out, or shows to be active but with internal server errors, 404 errors and other types of common or uncommon errors associated with the Internet and its underlying infrastructure), the Client will not hold VadBox or its Partner Sites responsible for these errors. All/Any traffic delivered to the Client\'s site during this down time will not be credited or refunded. The client must contact VadBix support to change or update the domain with issue. Vadbox staff will give support to update the URL ASAP (24 to 48 hour timeframe).

We use a state of the art tracking system to track your ad campaign. Each order is given a unique campaign id which is used to track visitors to your site. When we provide an ad view, VadBox  points the visitors to this campaign id.

The client understands that if the visitor viewing the ad closes it before it finishes loading (due to network bandwidth, high impact graphics, animation or lack of interest on the visitors part, etc.), IT WILL COUNT AS AN AD VIEW ON OUR SYSTEM, WE HAVE SENT YOUR SITE TO THE VISITOR AND HAVE THEREFORE FULFILLED OUR OBLIGATION. It is important to note that this scenario may not appear in your website statistics. VadBox  cannot control the acts of the individuals viewing your site and will not be held responsible for these actions.

Any publisher who attempts to change his/her URL, or slip an inappropriate website past our campaign screeners by swapping content will have his campaign closed and may forfeit his payment at Staff\'s discretion. We do not allow publishers to have a popup or pop under show upon entrance to their website. One single exit popup or pop under is allowed on the condition that is not offensive and safe for all ages.

All campaign\\\'s are guaranteed to be satisfactory however we do NOT guarantee sales or sign ups on your site but we do guarantee you will get the amount of hits you purchased from us. Should our campaign not meet your level of satisfaction, we will run it again free of cost. Refunds will generally be given if client can prove service was not delivered as promised according to link provided by VadBox . Refund must be approved by VadBox  staff. If you have any disputes with our services, we ask that you kindly include your URL, credit card transaction number and the link provided from VadBox  you must include (Hits ordered confirmation email) when emailing us. Our guarantee is simple and straight forward. If you do not receive the  amount of traffic your ordered form us you will be refunded any unused portion on a pro-rata basis. Example: If 100,000 hits were ordered and only 75,000 actual hits were received, that is 75% delivery which will result in a 25% refund. Refund process could take up to 30 days.

Client understands that HIT COUNTERS on your site DO NOT ACCURATELY REPRESENT THE NUMBER OF VISITORS SENT TO YOUR SITE; therefore VadBox  will not be responsible if your counter dose not show exact number of hits you purchased from VadBox  We can only verify the traffic provided from (US VadBox ) through the link we provide to you. This is due to the large amounts of traffic sent to the site in a relatively short time frame. Client also understands that VadBox  DOES NOT GUARANTEE SALES OR SIGNUPS AND WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND IF NONE ARE ACHIEVED!

Client acknowledges that the order is for the stated term. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time with out any notice after the stated term has ended.

Vadbox  will not promote Spam, scam, hate, warez, hacking or any other site/offer that could be considered offensive to the most discriminate viewer. Any attempt to bypass our intended guidelines will result in account cancellation and no recourse for refund.

Please remember these simple terms and conditions:

NO URLs WITH POPUPS, EXIT POPUPS, ETC.
In that we mean, any of the URL\\\'S you add into the control panel cannot have any popups, or spawn any popunders, or pops of any kind. If we find this to be a problem, and find blatant signs of abuse, we reserve the right to terminate your reselling privileges. The terms are simple, please obey them so that we can both be profitable and happy.
